ABOUT THE MULBERRY

Holidays are a special time and at the House we want you to relax and enjoy the experience of the Isle of Arran and the benefits that the house has to offer, therefore included within the cost is: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi. The house is also on the main Island bus route.

The house has a large wrap around garden which looks skyward to the majestic scenery of the Monamore Hills from both the front windows and the rear aspect. There are breathtaking views over to the summit of Holy Isle particularly at sunrise and sunset.

The house comfortably accommodates six people with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom which have been tastefully furnished. In addition the house also benefits from a modern oil central heating system.

Dogs allowed by prior arrangement.

LOUNGE

The lounge is spacious, with a full length picture window to the front aspect and a window to the rear aspect, allowing the room to be flooded with natural light, offering fantastic views of the surrounding area.

The feature fireplace is the other key focal point of this impressive room and although this room is spacious it is also cosy.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has been newly fitted with modern décor and appliances offering a good range of contemporary floor and wall units, with an integrated oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Access can be gained from the kitchen into the sun-room.

SUN-ROOM

The sun-room is flooded with sunlight and is the perfect place to dine and relax whilst watching the variety of wildlife which frequent the large garden.  The dining table within the sun-room comfortably hosts six people.  The sun-room is also a great space to just relax and ‘chill’ and offers views over to the summit of Holy Isle and the Monamore Hills.

PATIO

The sun room has a French door which leads onto the patio, making it the perfect spot to relax on a summer’s day and also provides a private and safe environment for children.

GARDEN

The garden is one of the main features of the house due to its size and layout.  It is child friendly and offers lots of room to explore.

PARKING

There is a driveway to the front of the house for two vehicles.
